Indoor Space: $10 per Space

Each space includes one 8-foot by 3-foot table. (Cost for a space is the same without a table.)

Electricity must be requested at the time of registration. An extension cord is required. Outlets may be 40 feet away.

An admission ticket is required for each participant. Admission tickets are $6 each in advance, $7 day of show.

Indoor Space Registration Information

Indoor Space Deadline: Friday, August 28, 2009. Payment in full must be received for indoor spaces by Friday, August 28, 2009. Spaces will not be reserved without payment. Spaces with tables will not be available after the deadline.

Indoor space arrangements are dependent upon the number of spaces sold. We cannot guarantee specific locations but will try to accommodate everyone the best we can. Early registration helps insure requested locations.

Indoor Setup Information

Friday, September 11 from 6pm - 9pm and Saturday, September 12 from 6am - 7:45am. Personnel will not be available for early setups. Please, do not plan on setting up other times than specified.

Overhead Loading Dock Door Limitations: 10 feet wide by 9 feet high.

Vehicles and trailers are not allowed inside the facility during the event.

IMPORTANT: Do not plan to bring your vehicle into the facility. We cannot plan ahead how tables will be arranged and vehicles may not have space to drive into the auditorium. Bring a hand truck, cart, dolly or other device for loading and unloading merchandise. Many need to setup and overhead doors cannot be blocked for extended periods.

Only paid, registered indoor vendors are allowed inside the Salt River Room during setup. The indoor portion of the hamfest will not be open to the general public until Saturday at 8am.

Outdoor Tailgating: $5 per Parking Space

Each space is a single parking space for a car. Additional or larger spaces for trailers, campers, et cetera will need to pay appropriately based on parking spaces used. Hamfest workers will determine this.

Registration for spaces may be in advance, but is not necessary. Spaces may be purchased day of show, subject to availability. Spaces are limited.

Outdoor Tailgating Setup Time

Saturday from 6am - 8am. There is no setup on Friday. We will not have personnel available for early setups outside. Early access to the tailgating area without GLHA personnel present can only result in frustration for everyone involved. Please, help us out and do not come early to setup. We do the best we can, but if you don't help us, it makes it difficult for all of us.
